CACO, Inc. will extend a limited lifetime warranty on Cellular Shade Collection shades, a limited 3 year warranty on fabric, operating cords and a limited 3 year warranty on battery motors and wands. Each shade is warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner, provided that the shades were properly installed in a window, door or other interior area for which they intended, maintained and cleaned with the manufacturer recommendations.
